LUCY ALEXANDER
Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist
MACP, MSc, BA (Hons)
I am a child and adolescent psychotherapist trained at the British Association of Psychotherapy (now British Psychotherapy Foundation) and a full member of the Association of Child Psychotherapists. I have worked for 25 years in NHS child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) with toddlers, young children, teenagers and their parents. I have experience of working with a wide range of emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, loss, anger, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, self harm as well as experience of working with young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.
